Quality standards

The quality standards for all products that are traded in large quantities are set by the Polish Committee for Standardization and Measurement. They bear the name of the Polish Standards. Quality standards for products that are traded in smaller quantities are determined by the relevant ministries and bear the name of Norm trade. As for the fruit, to Polish standards include apples, pears, plums, cherries, cherries and strawberries, and Industry Standards - apricots, peaches, walnuts and Laskowa, currants, gooseberries and raspberries. The standards for fruits produced by the Institute of Pomology and Floriculture in conjunction with the cooperative gardening, and then accepted by the Ministry of Agriculture or the Polish Committee for Standardization and Measurement. And all matters related to the fruit shall be addressed to the Ministry.
